R1-100P-N
Multiloop controller with 14 Pt100 input channels
The R family includes a series of multiloop controllers well suited for all applications that require control of a large number of temperatures; all controllers can be mounted on a DIN rail and can be linked to a local operator panel (F1-10).
Different models are available for reading Pt100, thermocouples or linear signals (V/mA); for each loop it is possible to configure control type (heat, cool, heat/cool, ..), output type (on/off, time proportional, valve, ..) and alarm strategy or to run a auto-tuning procedure; furthemore it is possible to limit the energy conumption during start-up by programming a proper sequence of activation of PID loops.
R2 models have differential isolated channels that gives another substantial improovement to the features of these devices , expecially in noisy industrial environments.
A RS422/485 serial interface with Modbus (ASCII or RTU) protocol allows link of many controllers to the same master unit (PC, PLC or operator panel).
Multiloop temperature controller for DIN rail mounting; 14 Pt100 inputs with automatic compensation of the line resistance; accurate readings without need of calibration; possibility to set different control strategies and to configure up to 14 PID control loops; heat, cool or heat/cool control with various output types: on/off, time proportional or analog (with addition of C1-10 external module); PID autotuning algorithm; programmable activation sequence to limit the energy consumption during start-up; dedicated interface for connection with a local operator panel (F1-10); RS422/485 serial interface with Modbus (ASCII or RTU) protocol; A freeware software ( Device Log ) can be downloaded for a complete supervision of the device. HMI operator panels can be used as well and can be easly programmed for dedicated applications .
One point of strenght of this multiloop controller is its capability to solve even complex termal regulating problems in an extreemely ecomonic and reliable way, without a specific knowledge
