Robust cellular router providing connectivity for a comprehensive range of devices

The ZyWAN G9 brings always-on Internet connectivity to any field based device, enabling it to be monitored or relay data back to a central server.
Connecting to the ZyWAN G9 via either an Ethernet cable, Wi-Fi or RS232, remote users are provided access to their field based equipment as transparently as if it were located in their office.

In addition to an easy to use web based GUI for configuration, the ZyWAN G9's Linux subsystem is also accessible allowing users to add propriety code to tailor the ZyWAN G9's functionality to their exact requirements.

The ZyWAN G9 operates as a fully configurable embedded Linux router enabling firewalling, DHCP, DNS and NAT. Also included is a GPS receiver providing both a sophisticated tracking program and NMEA data strings for mapping applications.
To easily manage the ZyWAN G9, a WEB GUI interface presents a simple tool to quickly change settings locally or over-the-air. Each of the ZyWAN G9 products is available in a number of customer ready application configurations.

For developers, the ZyWAN G9 comes ready for programming in Eurotech Embedded Linux and J2ME (IBMJ9), and OSGI (Eclipse). The ZyWAN G9 is an Application Ready Platform enabling open source, custom and existing software applications to run seamlessly.

Targeted for fleets, public works and utilities oil and gas applications, the rugged ZyWAN G9 offers a secure and robust connection to CDMA, EVDO, GSM/GPRS, 3G and iDEN cellular networks. It provides real-time access to any Ethernet, 802.11 or serial device for mobile and fixed data applications.
