This new range of Serial over Ethernet TCP/IP servers is intended to connect to any serial equipments.

The high level of integration and its built-in protection make the COMETH range extremely reliable and the world's smallest module.
COMETH's technical characteristics make it a universal product at a very attractive price.

TELNET support (RFC 2217) and COM port redirector enables the COMETH to take advantage of Windows & Linux applications wrote for PC serial devices.

MODBUS/TCP Protocol support allows to connect any RS232 ou RS485 MODBUS equipments to the Ethernet network.

The Ethernet interfaces of the COMETH products are compatible with any 10/100 Base TX equipment (network card or SWITCH) featuring self-commutation, the serial data transfer between the COMETH and the SWITCH is carried out at 10 Mbps while the transfer of the data between the SWITCH and the main network is carried out at 100 Mbps.
