Programmable RS232 to RS422/RS485 converters, KD485-PROG
The KD485-PROG has two serial ports which are factory configured with any combination of RS232, RS422/485, or 20mA Current Loop (TTY). It is programmed in C, with a compiler purchased separately.

Description
KD485-PROG
This interface converter is similar to the KD485-ADE with the addition of a 32kbyte EEPROM into which application specific data conversion programs can be loaded. It is typically used for protocol conversion applications. A MODBUS RTU SLAVE library is available to speed up the development of custom Modbus RTU converters. Port 1 is RS232. Port 2 is RS422 or RS485.
